Rollerskis for classic and skate or a combi rollerski before the first day of training.

Registration Information:
Registration forms for programs are posted below.
Please make checks payable to Deno Johnson or Venmo @nordicwerks27. All athletes must pay in full at time of registration, there is no pro-rating allowed.
Training times and locations may be subject to change based on registration numbers and coaches discretion.
**Individualized training programs are available as well, please email Deno with questions.
Mako Shark Fall Technique

This session meets on Sundays in the fall from 3:30pm-5pm for 9 sessions to work on technique.
Dates: September 10th through November 5th
Registration Fee: $300
Sessions will alternate between West River Road in Minneapolis (first session) and the Kodiak Coffee trail bridge in Forest Lake. Registration fee includes one group on snow session at Elm Creek.
Private Sessions!

In-person private sessions are available as an opportunity to meet with Coach Deno on your own schedule. You will receive personalized technique critique with video feedback. These sessions have proven to be successful in enhancing racing technique to become a faster, powerful and more efficient skier. Private sessions start at $65 for 60 minutes and $90 for 90 minutes. Training Plans!

Comprehensive training plans are available for individuals of all ability levels. Athletes will receive a customized training plan each week tailored to meet their goals. Training plans include daily consultations with Coach Deno.
