Program Director and Head Coach

Deno has 15 years of competitive Nordic ski racing experience and has coached junior racers for over 30 years. He has consistently developed superior skiers through NordicWerks SkiKlubb. Deno coaches all ability levels and has a proven track record of bringing athletes to the pinnacle of their ability.

His coaching success involves numerous NCAA Championship athletes, Junior National champions and State team and individual champions. He has also coached athletes who have raced at the Olympics and World Championships. Deno has previously been voted Coach of the Year by his peers in Minnesota and CXC Coach of the Year mutliple times.
